Do You Play Capoeira?

Capoeira is a unique physical activity that combines elements of martial arts, dance, and music. It is a full-body workout that involves a variety of movements and techniques, including kicks, dodges, and acrobatics.
Performed by two people, it is often called a "game" that is played, not a fight.

In addition to improving physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination, practicing Capoeira can also be a great way to reduce stress and find enjoyment in physical activity. It is a cultural art form that provides insight into Brazilian culture and history, and training in Capoeira involves working with a group, which adds a sense of community and connection with others.

Additionally, Capoeira includes elements of self-defense, which can help develop confidence and awareness.
